PAYMENT

Cash is preferred, however, we do have an EFTPOS machine available.

DEPOSITS

All deposits made are final and cannot be refunded.

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION

Please come to your appointment with no makeup on and avoid using strip lashes and mascara AT LEAST 24-48 prior to your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charge a 50% of the remaining service to the card on profile.

No show and cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100$ of the remaining balance.

LATENESS & ARRIVALS

A 10-minute grace period applies to all appointments, if you arrive any later your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Arrive to your appointment at least 5 minutes prior.

INFILLS

Make sure you are booking your infills in advance (2-3 weeks from the full set)
